Am not sure where to start from. One thing I can say is that I have learnt so much about health and wellness, and my body is 6 weeks than I have ever done in my entire life. Now I feel I can be someone’s personal trainer, accountability partner and or motivator.
First of all, I will like to say a BIG Thank You to the creator of this program and my coach, though it was mentally and physically challenging. If you are an individual that needs motivation and can’t challenge yourself on your own, the online program isn’t for you. I feel the program and the coach can do better at being involved with their client. The reason, I won’t go into details, but one thing I can say is that I never spoke verbally with my coach over the phone, our communication was strictly text message and in many cases when I reached out to him/her it took over 24hours to get a response. However, since the positive outweighed the negative (and there is no such thing as “perfect program or people", myself included) I will like to focus on talking about the positive outcome of this program.
I lost 13.8lb, 9.8% body fat, gained 7lb of muscle, my BMI went down by 2.4 and bone density went up by .4%. Need I say more? My outcome was as a result of working-out a minimum of 5-6 days (cardio and weigh training 5-6 a day in the AM and on an empty stomach) a week, of which two of those days I worked out twice a day (doing weight training). Also, I did Yoga and Pilates (3-4 times a week for about 45mins to help stretch-out my muscles). I do not recommend anyone working out this rigorous not everyone’s life style or mental state can permitted this. I am very happy with my result and I have lost more inches since I finished the 6 weeks program. Guys, I can see my abs definition, insane!!!!
This was a huge sacrifice, but one thing I can say is that it paid off. I get so much compliment on how I look – "toned" which has always been my goal. I have implemented the program and workout in my daily activities, but not as rigorous as the 6 weeks challenge program.
Lastly, I recommend that people subscribing to their YouTube channel, I watch 1-2 videos a day (and in some case I re-watch them just to remind myself of what I need to do to attain the result I want and to maintain it. All in all, it way an excellent program!!!! It changed my life and it can change yours too.
