A comprehensive diet and workout plan. Very manageable to stick to. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight and get into shape. I lost 21 pounds so far.

The team is awesome and the nutrition plans help keep you on track. I love the flexibility of the classes and the encouragement from the members and the staff. I lost over 20 pounds in 6 weeks! I highly recommend this program.

This place is awesome, so much fun and a great atmosphere. The trainers especially Kim Gerhard were amazing and extremely helpful in 6 week challenge. They made each work out fun and were there to help and show you how to properly do the exercises. They helped me find the accountability I needed in myself to control my diet and get my eating habits in check. If you’re thinking of going back to gym I would suggest checking GTZ out before heading to a traditional gym. Once again thank you to all the trainers you guys all rock!

Tried the 6 week challenge and what I can say is; it has transformed me not only physically but also mentally. I feel confident, I look a lot fitter than before. I live by this habit from my meal plans I picked from the program and I can swear by them they work!! I wasn’t looking to lose pounds just the body fat so I learnt, that the only way to lose my body fat was to also lose weight, Which I did. I learned so much on here. The team are great, everyone is on the same road on here. Also they’re right about making us accountable; for our own performance and mind set will give us the results we want. GTZ is the perfect program I needed to exceed my weight loss goals and give me the extra boost I needed to feel/look great again! Between the knowledgeable trainers and fully equipped facilities they put me on track with a personalized program that now has given me a solid core and the healthiest I've been since a couple bad injuries as they were very relatable to accomadate my body and schedule! The trainers are so nice and hold you accountable because they really want you to succeed!

I highly recommend this workout program. I lost over 5% body fat in 6 weeks. I feel more energetic. I fit into my prepregnancy jeans after completing this challenge. Great staff. Great workouts.

Loved the diet. To be able too choose which path worked best for me was great (intermittent fasting, 5 meals a day, vegan...) Everything was there; videos, meal plan, cook book, and if all else fails someone to answer questions and keep you motivated. In total I lost 31 lbs.in 6 wks.
