Woo hoo I just won the challenge! They give you a diet plan and coaches to help you every step of the way. I feel so much better. I'm in my 60's and if I can do it so can you. There's an accountability coach to answer any questions. It's like having a personal trainer too. There's all shapes sizes and ages. You work at your own pace. They won't let you slack keep pushing. Amazed at how much I can do. Loved it!

I completed my final weigh out today and I lost 21.2lbs and 3.2% body fat in just 5 weeks (I had to weigh out early as I am going on vacation). It was an amazing experience working out with coaches Scott and Kim. This program helped me eat more healthy and it will be with me forever.

I really enjoyed my time at Gravity. The trainers are great. I especially enjoyed Kyle and Arbi. I lost 5% body fat as well as 11 lbs of fat. I feel great. It was totally worth the experience.

I actually can’t believe that I was able to do this. Thanks to Gravity Training Zone, I was able to reach my goal through the 6 week challenge. I’m so thankful for all the trainers who helped me and thanks for supporting me. GTZ is amazing place to workout and reach your goal!

I highly recommend GTZ, I completed the 6 week challenge and lost 22 pounds, They taught me the proper way to exercise and gave me a nutrition plan that was easy to follow. The trainers were all amazing.

I recently completed a 6 week challenge at Gravity fitness and I must say, their program works. I lost 16 pounds and dropped 6.5% of body fat. An unbelievable transformation. I went from being considered obese (@ 28.5%), and now to a healthy BMI of 22.5%. I feel great! The program offers on site training, a personalized nutritional plan, unlimited guided group classes, an accountability coach (to keep you honest, ;-) ) and many levels of support. The trainers (instructors) are not only knowledgeable but also personable. They make you feel like your part of a family. I've learned many valuable lessons while working through the program at Gravity. However, the one lesson I will continue to use is: if you have the right mind set, follow the program at hand, and are willing to make the sacrifice, you can achieve any goals in life, you set. In conclusion, I had a positive experience. It was a blast and I would recommend Gravity to anyone at any age who wants to get back in shape or wants to climb to the next level of fitness.
