We had our first inspection with Chris and he did such a great job. He thoroughly investigated all entry points and sealed them- all the while explaining what he was doing to us very clearly. He checked out the crawlspace from all around the house and found an entry point that we didnt even know existed. Loved how Chris went above and beyond to check some of the corners that we thought weren't accessible . If you are ever looking for pest control ask for Chris to assist you!'

We called about a mouse problem we are having in our garage. Chris came by the next day and did a full inspection from our attic (which Ive never even looked at) to our crawl space (which I didn't know we had) and the perimeter of the building. He identified exactly where mice were getting in to our garage and set up a plan to take care of it. He also provided a referral for a garage door service to seal up the garage more effectively. He explained everything thoroughly and put us at ease! So far we haven't had another unexpected visitor and would highly recommend this service!'

Issaquah pest control came in to take care of a flea infestation in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. They were very communicative and professional. Awesome service by Jennifer. So personable thorough and knowledgeable. I learned a lot too. She got some big spiders that were on the second floor a wasp nest and some wasps in our closed umbrella. Gave some great tips too.

Chris was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time looking in my attic, crawl space, and around my house and sealed spaces where rodents could be entering as well as leaving traps. He also gave me a full report of where I can do other things to help protect my home. I highly recommend his services.

Issaquah Pest Control does a great job. I have them come out 4 times a year. I have them spray for wasps/bees before. They are responsive if an issue comes up. Dane, one of the technicians even removed a dead mouse he found by my house. I was very thankful.

Contacted the company and was able to schedule using text messaging service and find a date and time that worked well for my schedule. The initial inspection included a look at the crawl space and attic which I found to be very thorough. I initially called due to a wasp nest on my exterior. Dane came out and I had originally found only one and he found multiple others that he sprayed and then later came back to remove the hive. He was very kind and explained everything as well as gave me good advice for other bugs we had. I signed up for their quarterly maintenance plan and would recommend them. Wish I had seen the Yelp special first to get the $50 off initial service.

They came and inspected for suspected rat issues, but it turned out to be bats, so they passed the call onto the WA wildlife department. Due to this they did not charge me, even though they spent time in the attic, crawlspace, put traps down in both (just in case), and did an exterior inspection (and fixed some potential crawlspace entry points even though there was no evidence in the crawlspace). They were on time and professional.
