I recommend this company for their commitment and dedication to providing great service and honoring what they said they were going to do. I scheduled a one-time full health inspection with issaquah pest control and the teams communication was very quick and responsive. Isabel answered all my questions as to what the service entailed. I mentioned that I wanted to do a rodent ant spider and hornets/wasp inspection and that these would be included in their service. They were able to schedule me a week later with Dane. He came out and inspected for rodents cleared out cobwebs and sprayed the property to help ward off spiders. No hornets/wasps were found. I also requested a spray for ants but Dane mentioned the ant and spider spray would cancel each other out so I picked spider for that day. When I contacted them again regarding the ant treatment and also a few cobweb spots that were missed the team kindly scheduled another visit with Dane a week later. They mentioned the ant spray would cost an additional charge but when I mentioned that this was covered in the original conversation I had with Isabel they were able to honor that service. Dane came back a week later and did another round of de-webbing sprayed for ants and also looked at another potential spot for rodents which he didn't find. He was super friendly both times worked efficiently and gave tips on what to do to prevent birds from making a nest inside the open areas above my garage. When I was researching companies this one had the highest quote but because their full health inspection included a wide range of services it was cheaper than if I had gone with another company that only charged for rodents and anything extra would have been an additional charge. So overall I saved money. Very appreciative of the service and would recommend!'

Our house had a rodent problem in the crawlspace, so Issaquah Pest Control sent Jennifer, who expertly took care of it, finding the entry point, sealing all other potential entries and setting baits. Then she came 2 more times to check on it. Always great service, very thorough and on time.
Then, I had my crawlspace cleaned and a team with Anthony and Tre took care of it. It took hours but everything was professionally done, efficiently and in a timely manner! I've never seen a more hard working team than this one!!!
Awesome experience with Issaquah Pest Control, they are the ones to call if you have any critter problems!!

Josh came out and quickly found some issues that might be causing insect bites. He took lots of pictures and gave me a great explanation of what to do for future mitigation. He also addressed the immediate problem with some spray inside and out.

Had my first walkthrough today. Dane was able to talk me through what I needed to have done to decrease spiders in my home before getting started so I knew what to expect. The wasp nest is gone & I signed up for the quarterly service on the spot. I really appreciated the quick response to my request & the easy in getting everything scheduled.

We had just moved in to our new house and discovered there were fleas in the finished basement as the prior owners were dog owners. We had Issaquah Pest Control come out and treat the area (two visits) and this seems to have controlled the fleas. They also provided us with measures we could take such as vacuuming for a few days after treatment and emptying the vacuum to an outdoor container. Everyone Ive interacted with from the technician Josh to the office staff such as Isabel the founder Todd have been super friendly and responsive. Josh texted us as he was on the way which was very helpful plus he walked around the place a bit and provided useful advice about what to do about possible other pests. In summary I would recommend Issaquah Pest they are prompt friendly and the treatment has been effective.'

Recently we saw lots of flying ants on exterior wall. I was worried it was termite swarm. Called several companies they all have out of state call centers. They all want to sign a contract for regular maintenance. They all had difficulty to even schedule the initial inspection. Out of frustration I looked for a local company, Issaquah Pest Control sounds like one. I am glad I called, a lady named Taylor answered and asked for pictures. Sent the pictures, moments later got a very detailed response explain what’s the problem, how to fix it and what’s the cost. It was ants not termites. Went ahead with an appointment. The technician Josh showed up early, treated the perimeter and left clear instructions on how to prevent. Very happy with the quality of service, the honest and open communication throughout the process. They will have my business from now on and I will make sure all my friends use Issaquah Pest Control for their needs

Chris was incredibly professional and informative, and very friendly with our dog. He taught us the signs to look for w.r.t. carpenter ants and cloth moths, and did some preventative spraying around our house and under the deck. He even gave us advice outside the scope of the service we paid for. I would highly recommend this business.

It’s hard to say “I love an extermination company” but I love Issaquah Pest!! Shortly after I moved in to my home I noticed a lot of spiders and other gross bugs. I’m from a part of America that’s pretty bug free so I was immediately on edge. I called multiple pest companies in one day and only Issaquah got back to me same day and had Dane out the very next day. I explained I particularly hate spiders so please don’t tell me any details, just kill them. He did just that, and was also on time and sent me a text to say he was coming. He was also so friendly and professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I also like the post visit pdf of what was done, what was used and follow up instructions. I will be using them indefinitely.
