Issaquah Pest Control is diligent, on time, professional and (unusual for contractors) very good at communications with us as their customer. They let us know in advance when they are coming, I can tell them about any concerns and know they will take it seriously and look into it, providing recommendations and guidance along the way.

They saved us a lot of money! Another pest company came before them quoted a crazy amount of money for patching all the possible entry points and services. Even want to redo my crawl space!!! Issaquah Pest Control came quoted very reasonable and upfront. Now that they have wild animals department it's a bonus if I ever need to deal with Moles again.

I like this company and their employees. They are efficient, polite, knowledgeable and the company is organized the way it is run. The tech will text when he is coming and when finished he texts that he is done with the link to pay. I just started with them this year, but when I had a reoccurrence of the ants between appointment times they came. I would recommend them.

Over the weekend we discovered a nest of hornets near our hot tub. I contacted Issaquah Pest Monday morning and they sent out a technician the same day. The technician explained to me the details of how the hornets populate how they would eradicate the hornets and what to do if we didnt see results. I appreciated how quickly they were able to get here and service the problem. They even explained how they can remove the hornets without impacting the honeybees. I would definitely recommend using Issaquah Pest Control.'

Fantastic experience start to finish. Communication was excellent as was value for service. They tackled a job no one else could handle by being creative - wasp nest 40 feet up a tree by our deck. Highly recommend.

I called them to remove large wasp nest on my deck, called on Monday they were out Tuesday, also found another nest I was unaware I had. Josh was on time and very informative. This is my go to company for any other insect removal, very happy with their service!!!

We had an emergency treatment of a very stubborn yellow jacket nest underneath our son’s playhouse. Understandably, a kids play area is the last place you’d want aggressive bees and we were freaked out after having our whole family - including a 2.5 year old - stung multiple times. They were able to come out the same day we called to treat the nest and we haven’t seen a bee since. Really exceptional service on all levels!

From the first minute I called these people this morning I knew I was in good hands. The girl who took the initial call was warm caring and empathetic to my freaking out over a bat in my kitchen the previous midnight . She immediately put me in touch with Andrew who treated me like I was their most important customer. I chose to pay for emergency services (duh) but Andrew was careful to explain costs and details. Ive almost never had anyone give me this level of service and with such genuine kindness. Despite learning their day was already full Andrew immediately got in touch with "trapper Jon" and got the ball rolling. They were here within a half hour. Ok...now to Jon. They don't make 'em like this anymore. He was experienced knew his stuff cold clearly loves what he does was incredibly thorough and explained everything as he went along. He left no stone unturned. Although the bat wasn't found (it either found it's way out during the night before I called or is waiting in a deep crevice to become active later). The best part is Jon left his number to call him anytime day or night and he'll be right there if the bat resurfaces. I learned you need to call immediately! I can't say enough good things about this company and would recommend them to anyone without reservation.'

Issaquah Pest Control is great place to have take a look around your house and to attend to wasp nests. Dan came this time and he was very informative. He checked the attic spaces, the exterior and checked for additional wasp nests. He took care of our wasp nests next and added some sticky traps for the garage for spiders and such. Since this is our third year of having them come out I decided to have quarterly service so we don’t have to do the annual killing of bugs with a flip flop. The best part is we get a report of all the things they did after. And everything is done electronically!

I am very pleased with my first service. I received a detailed outline of what the problem was in my crawlspace. The service was prompt, honest, and thorough. I was given advice on what I need to do that was not included in the trapping of rodents and I was given directions to the other 2 actions I need to take to fully resolve the problem and the damage that was caused by the rodents.
