The technician was very professional and through. I had my crawlspace inspected as it had been 10 years since I bought the home. There was a garden snake which had crawled in as it was attracted by some mice droppings. So even though there was no recent pest activity, the technician removed the garden snake and sealed the entrance. I would probably have these services once every few years as you never know where is a leak or hole.

Recently had my initial inspection and initial preventative treatment at our home. Tanner our technician was here on time as promised. Tanner was very professional & informative as well as very thorough in his review of our home and environment. The administrative team (Jennifer & Heather) were also very pleasant to talk with as I was asking many questions before engaging Issaquah Pest Control. Overall I would definitely recommend Issaquah Pest Control to anyone looking for a local company with a great team of employees who genuinely seem to care about their customers. Well Done!

Yesterday during our quarterly service, I was so very impressed by Jenny. Not only did she do the expected services rebaiting the rodent traps, sweeping away spider webs on our home, and spraying the house's perimeter to protect against spiders and the like, but also Jenny found and dealt with the paper wasp nest and the yellow jacket hive. I am so grateful too that she pointed them out to me so that I can monitor them as well. That's how our house is a comfortable refuge, a home. Thanks to professional workers like Jenny!

We hired IPC to do our routine home inspection, insect and rodent maintenance.
We recently could hear rodents in our crawl space and we called, they sent someone out immediately and did the most thorough inspection. Within days we knew we caught the problem and then once again sent someone out to clean everything up and recheck the spaces.
I am so appreciate of Josh and Dan for how thorough and professional they were through this situation.

Josh A. came by today a re-treated an area that was sprayed 3 or 4 weeks ago. No questions asked. Issaquah Pest guaranteed their service and made good on their promise. We had a fairly severe infestation on carpenter ants. The first treatment took care of them but they needed to retreat for small black any in the sideyard.

We had quick and prompt service by Issaquah Pest Control with an estimated cost and then when Josh came out to do the work he expanded the treatment area when he saw additional infestations along the foundation wall which was not a part of the initial scope but he took care of it while he was there.

I found Issaquah Pest Control through Yelp and was very happy with the service. First I had a pleasant conversation with the lady who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment. Then Chris was the technician who help us with the Carpenter Ants problem. The service was quick and straight forward. They didn't try to upsell me anything. The price was fair. I would definitely use them again (if I need to :))!
