I would like to leave a comment for the great service by Issaquah Pest Control. Jonathan came to my house on time and researched chirping squealing fluttering etc. in my chimney. I was certain it was "bats"!!! Ugh!!! Jonathan quickly put me at ease and observed Chimney Swifts. What a relief!! Jonathan also went up on my "steep" roof to measure for a chimney vent which they will install after the "swifts" leave me alone. Jonathan was very communicative about my whole situation and explained everything in detail. I would recommend Issaquah Pest Control to anyone that needed their service. This company not only does Swifts but numerous other rodents spiders ants etc. Give them a call for a quote. You wont regret it.'

Dane showed up smack in the middle the time window and got right to work. He did a fantastic job of tending to my focus areas, before doing a thorough inspection of my home's perimeter. He was very knowledgeable about different types of pests, and what works for each kind. He gave me some really good advice and feedback, including actionable steps that I could take as soon as he left. Further, this advice was very transparent, helpful, and easy to follow. His type of service and transparency made me trust the company a lot more than I would have expected, and I expect to sign up for at least a year of the quarterly service for the house we just moved into because of this. Really kind and personable guy too, which made the whole thing a whole lot easier. Really glad we went with a local company and not a nationwide brand. 5 /5, would recommend!

I had incredibly prompt service that began over the weekend —after noticing a swarm of wasps. Jennifer was incredible at coordinating the service — thorough and thoughtful. Dane alerted me to his arrival and was efficient with getting the job done. He was also helpful in pointing out other risk points for infestation on our house and explained the wide array of services that the company offers. All wasps are gone in less than 24 hours!

Since we started using them no issues with spiders, ants or anything else. Josh A was the lead at our initial service and he crawled all over the house plugging holes to prevent mice I never knew existed. Never seen a mouse since. Josh was great, thorough and very professional, great ambassador for the company.

He was thorough in executing the pest control services required for my home. He will be doing follow up service regarding the wasp extermination in a week to seal the entry point of the wasps. My house used to have rodents issues and I schedule the session and Josh came here to help. He is very knowledgeable and gives us a lot of useful advice. He looked at both outside and inside the house. He also mentioned a couple of excellent suggestions to get rid of pest. And before his leaving he sprayed outside the house to keep some insects away. I would recommend this service.

Issaquah Pest Control has always been one of my favorite vendors to use for any service. For a reasonable fee they provide peace of mind for a host of pest problems and I have seen the excellent results. And if asked, they will thoroughly explain what they are doing and why they are doing it.
