We just had our initiation service with Kellen and wow what a great experience. Ive hired several pest control providers over the years including the big national brands and this is far and away the best visit I've had with a technician. Kellen was professional friendly and very patient with my many questions about the service. He gave me some great tips about things we can do ourselves to save money and was clear about what "over the counter" solutions work and when we really do need to use professionals. The up-front service fee was reasonable the quarterly fees are lower than the competition and they will come back for free if we have any issues. Combine the cost advantages with superior service from technicians like Kellen and it's no wonder several people in my neighborhood have recently started using Issaquah Pest Control.'

Jenny our technician is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I have dogs that need to be put in the house so communication is critical. Their communication before hand and after was outstanding. Issaquah Pest Control has always been extremely responsive and helpful when weve needed service. We now have quarterly service with them and notice significantly less insect and spider activity in the house since starting. They set traps in our attic around the exterior of the house and even checked around our cars. Very very happy with them.'

Professional friendly timely. I had a great experience working with Taylor to get an inspection scheduled quickly and our technician Jenny was awesome as well. She helped us uncover some pests that we werent aware of (moles wasps) and answered all of my questions throughout the inspection process. Josh A and his associates have provided consistent and customized preventative pest control service since we moved out to our home in Snoqualmie last year. We inherited' their services from the previous owners who recommended them. They always give us a heads up text when they are coming and then let us know when they are done. They summarize the services they provided and make a 'pest' assessment of the property in the invoice that usually comes right after they finish. We highly recommend them.'

I highly recommend Issaquah Pest Control. Our house backs to a greenbelt so we have lots of critters to deal with. Once we had an ant infestation in the house they came out and resolved it for us right away, and also dealt with our pesky moles. Since then they service our house quarterly and we've never had any issues. If we have any additional concerns they're always happy to take a look and address it right away, usually at no extra cost.
I like that they give a slight discount if you pay ahead for the year, and guarantee their work between service dates, so if something ever comes up in between visits they come out and address it. Scheduling is a breeze and they are highly responsive any time I have contacted them over email.
