We were experiencing carpenter ant activity and contacted Issaquah Pest Control. They promptly responded to our inquiry in less than 24 hours! We scheduled an appointment and Jose arrived within the prescribed appointment window - the text alerting his arrival is a great feature! Jose is a knowledgeable and professional technician and did a through treatment of the problem areas. He explained the process and timing which was very helpful. Would certainly recommend Issaquah Pest Control and their services.

Our technician Jose was polite honest and informative. We called Issaquah Pest Control out for bees which turned out to be quite harmless so we did not have them spray for those but instead hired them for spider spraying and bait stations.So far EXCELLENT service!! No pushy sales on insulation!!

Jose was courteous, knowledgeable and honest. We called Issaquah Pest Control for bees, which turned out to be Mason Bees and harmless, but good for the environment. Without pressing for other services, we went ahead and contracted them for mice and spiders. So far our experience is excellent!

Simon, and his trainee, Jackson, were on time, professional and took the time to explain everything they were going to do and why. They wore booties and wore masks the entire time they were in the premises. Hopefully, I won't need any more service calls, but if I do, I certainly will ask for Simon at Issaquah Pest.

We noticed rodent activity in the wall and searched for the pest control company. Our neighbors on nextdoor.com highly recommended them so we contacted them without doubt. It is a breeze to set up the appointment and Simon was assigned to do the initial investigation. Simon is very professional and very patient in explaining things that we are not aware of. He also followed all COVID-19 protocol and always kept the working area clean. We are very happy with their service so far and looking forward to work with them in the future.

Jimmy arrived early in the timeframe shared for his arrival, and performed a full review of our house (inc. attic and crawl space) for mouse activity. He was very methodical about identifying and sealing all access points for mice.
Unlike other companies I have used, I was left with a lot of trust that they were looking to stop future activity, rather than just laying traps to catch mice once they have gotten in. I was very impressed; this is exactly what I was looking for in a pest control company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Issaquah Pest Control to others.

Tanner and Jimmy came by for my second visit and they were super professional as before. Im so pleased with the fact that they remember my specific needs. They don't grumble at all when I ask them to watch out for my plants. My dogs think Tanner walks on water. Those things make working with Issaquah Pest Control a breeze. I had another pest company a couple of years ago and they were so difficult to deal with that I let them go. Wish I had found Issaquah Pest control sooner. Great! Polite and masked personable folks. I couldn't ask for better.'

Weve had problems with mice on and off since moving to this house and we always have Issaquah Pet Control out to help. All of their technicians are super knowledgeable professional and respectful. Our last service was provided by Andrew. He came out checked the exterior and shared his findings with me. He described the situation made recommendations as to the most effective methods I could employ to deter the mice and thoroughly answered every question in addition to providing us with some extra glue traps.Andrew was very honest professional courteous and efficient. I hope to see him for our next appointment.'

Affordable pest control!Really nice customer service from Heather about scheduling and answering my questions.Gavin is the technician who visited.Gavin and his mentee were very detail oriented: They sealed all entry point with steal wood and spray foam. They even resealed a vent to the crawl space with galvanized mesh. Gavin also pointed out that a few trees were too close to the house which could be a problem for pests.I would highly recommend it!

I called yesterday because I noticed that I had a rodent issue. Tanner and José were able to come out today and inspect the house and the area! They were incredibly knowledgeable and put traps everywhere! They checked the crawl space and attic and were able to close out all entry points of the rodents! I signed up for the maintenance service and I was very happy with today’s service! I would recommend this company! Thank you Tanner and José!
