Issaquah Pest Control did a great job at their first visit to my home. I have been struggling with rats every time new construction starts up in my neighborhood and I have tried other pest control businesses. Issaquah is by far the best. Tanner and Jose remarkable kind and patient working with me, a senior with lots of questions. Great to do business with a local firm.

Communication when responding to my inquiry was very prompt it was very easy to set up an appointment and they answered all my questions straightforwardly. I set up the one-time pest control service for my mothers house so I did not actually meet whoever visited her home both times. However she told me that they were very friendly both times and did a lot more than she expected (covering entrances for the pests resetting the traps etc.)Unfortunately we will be requiring more checkups than planned with them as the rats we have are just too smart to be trapped in the traps initially set up.'

It was super easy getting an appointment with Heather over text. Simon came over right on time followed all the Covid protocols and was really helpful. He explained everything he was doing. Im definitely sticking with them.'

We had two people come out. On the first visit a guy set traps and he was nice and helpful. On the second visit a woman came out to seal the holes and remove the traps. Her attitude was condescending and when we asked if she would seal holes along the roof line she explained rudely that it wasnt a good idea. Overall she seemed offended we asked about this. We asked her to bid it anyways but given her attitude we decided to not proceed. A few months later we hired a second company to remove the attic insulation. Without asking they sealed up all of those holes and screened 3x as much as she did. I'm not confident that her solution would have fixed the rodent issue. We're so glad we had another company out to do a thorough job.3/12 Update - A manager did call the next day to follow-up as promised and offered to remedy the situation which was very appreciated.'

The technician that came out, Tanner, did an amazing job. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and what it was for. He also made very good suggestions for prevention and recommendations for outside landscaping that helps with prevention. I heard about this business via Facebook from one of my groups. Half the comments on my post about pest control was recommending Issaquah Pest Control, a lot of people have had services from them and continue to with a quarterly plan. I know it sounds like a commercial but if you are looking for friendly, great service, please contact them. The staff on the phone is just as awesome and walk you through everything you need to know.

Tanner came to perform inspection of our home, he showed up on time and did a thorough reviewing our home and sealing any entry points. He was friendly and professional and provided insight into pest control. There was no high pressure to add additional services. Highly recommend!

Jeremy was terrific to work with. I found these guys on Yelp and after enlisting their services I too can attest to their 5-star rating.Morgan responded to my initial inquiry within 10 minutes and was quick and courteous in understanding my issue and helping to book my appointment. As promised Gavin texted 15 minutes before showing up to the appointment and then delivered courteous exceptional service from beginning to end. He thoroughly explained his process and patiently addressed the concerns that I had throughout his visit. In addition Gavin wore a mask and practiced safe physical distancing at all times. He also wore shoe covers inside the house and was careful when moving around the house with his ladder and tools.Immediately following the visit I received a treatment summary which detailed what Gavin observed and performed in his process. Overall this was a very positive experience and I would have no problem recommending them for pest control services.

I had the unfortunate luck of acquiring ants in my house Apparently it was sugar ants thats what Tanner said. I called Issaquah pest control and told them what I had going on. They were super helpful and were able to send out Tanner the next day. Tanner came out and he listened to what was going on he was super helpful. He took the time to explain what I needed to do and why he was doing what he was doing. I would definitely recommend using this company if you had an inconvenient problem'

I rarely leave reviews but just had to for Issaquah Pest Control. Since moving into our home in August 2020 they have provided pest control services both outside and inside our residence on a regular routine basis. Their routine treatments have been tremendously through very professional and successful in resolving a few pest issues that came with the home purchase. We also have called them a time or two between regular treatments for things like ants that found a path via a window frame into our kitchen. They showed up quickly and solved the problem. Whether communicating with Todd the owner his office team or the service technician all have been fantastic (great communication pleasant prompt say what they will do / do what they say and great systems too). And they take steps to keep things clean when working inside the home and are very very mindful of Covid-19 protocols to stay safe and keep us all safe. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend Issaquah P

Outstanding job by a first rare company. Done right the first time.Our technician John was on time masked up and had complete control of the situation. Our problems were fixed and John was on his way in short order. We highly recommend them for pest control.

The owner personally took care of a bee issue for us when other techs were busy. We immediately switched our regular pest control service and they are top notch. Better service, better price, and a locally owned business. Check, check, and check!

I contacted this company when I realized we had a mouse invasion. because of favorable reviews on our neighborhood blog. They responded quickly (I did not indicate an emergency which I could have.) Within a few days a very polite professional and thorough young man Jeremy arrived. He did a very careful check of the house inside and out discussed what he found and set traps inside and a very careful bait system outside. The mouse problem seemed eliminated when he returned. A few days later a survivor mouse left indications about. Jeremy returned and did another thorough search blocked and left traps anywhere he could find or suspect activity. He said he would return in two weeks sooner if I requested. He added that if the problem continued his manager would come out to consult. I was quite impressed with his motivation work and pleasantness. The prices are good I am happy to have him (unlike the mouse) in our home. I feel like the problem is being addressed in a thorou
