Throughout the time we have worked with the team, they have always responded quickly regardless of who is working, gotten us scheduled, and provided quick assistance.
Of the years I have had good and bad experience of services and products, I have never left a Google review before. But it would not be possible for me not to for this team.
We have had ant issues for years. YEARS!! No one has been help and we wasted $1000s on services.
Huge shout out to John for coming to our home, always on time, so cognizant of social distancing, so informative, and clearly did his due diligence. I felt heard and had all my questions answered every time.
Best of all - THE TREATMENT HAS WORKED! When I needed a special request, Morgan assisted and walked me through it via text.
Never have I seen such an enterprise experience with such a family feel. I can’t thank this entire team enough - I will be a forever customer and hope anyone who reads this can trust that NONE of the other services out there in Seattle area have worked as well, had such a good customer experience, and simply been so enjoyable during a “bad situation.”

I heard rodents coming from my attic. My attic is quite low (less than 4') so John was not able to crawl all the way through my attic, but he laid some traps and did a thorough perimeter check to find entry points.

They were very fast to respond and always wanted to make sure our needs were met and questions were answered. Easy to set up an appointment. John showed up as scheduled did an inspection to assess the possible causes of our ant problem and completed an external treatment. Will see full effect in about three weeks so cannot comment on treatment outcome yet. Cost was as estimated.

We noticed some rodent activity in our crawl space and that prompted us to sign up with their service.I had signed up with Issaquah Pest controls guaranteed service a few months back. So far I am really happy with their service. Very nice to work with accommodating and helpful. During initial visit they inspected the crawl space laid out traps and followed up a few weeks later to identify the activity and seal off potential entry points. We still have a little rodent activity and they are on top of the issue trying to seal off that last entry point. I am super happy with their service so far.'

This company is legit and awesome. I was really impressed with their quick and proactive response. We suspected some rodent activity and one of my friends referred Issaquah Pest Control. I called them up and firstly Jennifer was super prompt and courteous. John was assigned to do our initial review and he showed up on time, followed all covid protocol, answered all our questions patiently, was well informed and gave us really good tips on what we need to do. I was pretty convinced signing up to their quarterly plan and after John's visit it was a no brainer.
Really glad to see there are companies out there that truly value good customer service and professionalism.

Very responsive which is key when you have a problem. I even synced up through text message, sent a picture to show the issue, etc.
Very professional, followed all the covid safety guidelines, on time, would totally recommend
