These guys are almost a caricature of what a service business used to be like "back in the day." Courteous prompt knowledgeable and over-the-top attention to detail. Lets face it: pest control is not a line of work most of us would be excited about. But Tanner loves what he does and he is eager to share his knowledge and mitigation techniques with you as if he were a fighter pilot or a neurosurgeon. Love this company!'

The technician Ammon crawled all around the attic which was no easy feat due to steep vaulted pitch. He repaired and sealed a cowling on the chimney which had gotten displaced in addition to setting traps. A good feeling to know that it’s taken care of.

Im really glad I've been able to get my pest control services done with Issaquah Pest Control. Every single person I've met so far has been really helpful and attentive.
I have cats at home and it was really important to me that I could have a crew share the same concern with me about their well being during the treatment. They allowed me to keep them at a bedroom while they treated other areas.
Also major props that they were able to accommodate to our work schedule so we could find a time frame where we wouldn't interrupt each other.
The follow up meeting was really helpful as well. I was very impressed that the technician John set up new traps during his visit and hid it in places so my cats couldn't reach. One thing I'd recommend other customers is trying to set up traps in as many areas as possible so you can point where the pest activity occurred the most during the follow up visit.
An extra shout out to Jennifer for fixing the billing issue when I saw mismatch between the estimation and final bill. That was prompt and very attentive on their end.
Also want to give an extra shout out to branch manager Simon for personally reaching out and asking how has been my experience so far. I appreciate being heard as a customer and glad to see they also take their job seriously. The email exchange we've had helped me set my expectations from the service better for future visits.'

If I could give them more stars I would! We had the unfortunate problem of a huge wasp infestation - inside our house! Partly is was due to our not thinking our solution through to all possible outcomes. A cautionary tale dont tape over the hole that wasps are using to get inside your walls from the outside. Because they'll figure out another way out or in as the case may be. As my brother told me after hearing my insane story of killing dozens and dozens and dozens of wasps with a fly swatter (until I got tired of flying bug parts and just used the fly swatter to hold them against the window and squashed them. Nothing more satisfying then the crunch of a dead wasp) don't mess around with canned bug spray - Call the Professionals! These guys are it. They came to help on day five at the peak of our troubles and every day there were fewer until yesterday (day 6 after the initial spray) there were only six slow witted wasps to kill. They sprayed again for good measure and today there are none. Hallelujah!
Really don't mess around with problems like these. Call these professionals and get the job done right as quickly as possible.'

IPC was so pro in their communications whether email or text. Felt like a family member (-; We’ve never had fleas and since we have indoor cats we’re rather surprised.
Gavin arrived punctually and was more than patient as we wrangled our felines into the garage much to their chagrin. He was fast and thorough and the follow up was spot on. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!!! Much appreciated

We have used this company since they opened several years ago. We have been very impressed with how the business has grown and improved over time.
They come and spray for pests 4 times a year and have also had to come over for emergency visits for rodents. They are very responsive and great at communicating with us. They send a text every time they come over and also send an email summary of what they did.
One thing we really love about them is that there are no hidden charges for bug spray, traps, emergency visits or anything else. Very impressive since they have had to come out many times in addition to their 4 scheduled visits for periodic rodent issues (there is always construction in our neighborhood.) During these visits, they have gone around the house patching holes where rodents could be getting in, setting new traps, and clearing out existing traps.
We always feel safe and comfortable with their technicians. They are respectful and always wear masks to protect us from COVID. We are so glad we signed up with them when we did! Though we feel a little guilty for getting such a great value for our annual contract. How many companies can you say that about?! :)

Great service from folks that obviously care about their work. Did a great job helping us get rid of spiders with advice on how to prevent population explosions longer term. I recommend them if you need help with pests.
