Really great service! We previously were with another pest control company and ultimately switched over to Issaquah Pest Control. The technicians are very friendly and have been great at answering any/all questions (thanks Jordan and Tanner!) Very thorough with their inspections and giving suggestions - I highly recommend!

I have only had 1 service so far. That being said, the constant communication by Sheon and Jennifer via, txt, email, and phone has been GREAT. I am extremely busy and being able to schedule and communicate without the need to get someone on the phone is valuable to me. That coupled with how professional and polite the technician, Jordan (I believe), made this a positive experience. If they keep up this level of quality, they have a customer for life.

Man these guys are definitely a 5 star company! --- I saw 2-3 wasps flying around my siding and I wasnt sure if I should have someone come out. I called issaquah pest control and told them about my problem. They were able to send someone out 2 hours after I called for an emergency check (you do have to pay extra)... When Tanner arrived he was very knowledgeable about what was going on he took 10 minutes to spray the area and everything was done. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and informative. I really appreciate the fast response and help! -- worth all the stars.'

The technician came out was very knowledgeable and explained what services would be needed and made it make sense to me. He also let me know what to expect over the next few weeks. I highly recommend Issaquah Pest Control especially for rodent problems. Scheduling was easy followed by an email/text confirmation of the appointment and notification 20 minutes prior to arrival. Gavin provided extremely professional kind and knowledgeable service. He arrived with a mask and shoe coverings. He listened carefully to the problem and then did a thorough inspection around the outside and the inside of the house. He located the problem area and sealed it all without creating a huge mess. What I particularly appreciated was that Gavin and not another technician came back two weeks later at no additional charge to do another inspection to ensure the work he had done resolved the issue. Issue resolved and Im extremely pleased.'

They went out of their way to answer all my questions and were sympathetic to problems of working with a condo HOA. Fair pricing amazing customer service flexible scheduling good communication and follow up.
