I found this company thru Yelp and Im impressed with their service so far. Got a call promptly and like the text reminders prior to the appointment. Tristan came out for the first treatment and he did a throughout job. Even cleaned out the spiderwebs inside my garage. Their price is competitive with another service that I had but I feel that the work was done in great detail.'

Issaquah Pest Control helped deal with a potential rodent issue before we moved into our house and now we have signed-up with their quarterly plan. Tanner our technician was prompt knowledgeable and efficiently got the job done (w/ safety precautions due to covid). Not only do they provide great & friendly service their communication is outstanding. You can reach them via phone text or yelp -- all of which are answered in a timely manner. They also text you when the technician is en route and finished with the service. Everything is seamless.
We passed-up several door-to-door pest control services that were offering the same service at more affordable prices because we knew the level of service would not match up.

We just moved into our new place and found silverfish everywhere even in our garage. They werent in great numbers but their presence was disturbing to us. We tried to get in touch with a few pest control agencies out of which Issaquah pest control turned to be very prompt and timely with their responses. They always answered our calls.
After the treatment the agent Answered all our questions gave a lot of tips on the do's and don'ts and didn't rush to get things done. We also got a detailed report immediately after he left our house.
All in all it was a great experience. Highly recommend it to all. We got ourselves on a annual plan now.'

I had Issaquah Pest Control come out to spray for ants and trap rodents that have been targeting our vehicles. I was impressed with how easy it was to schedule an appointment by text. It was also impressive to get text alerts when the driver was en route and also follow-up communication as well.
Simon who treated the property was friendly prompt and provided helpful guidance. He wore masks and gloves which made the visit comfortable even in the midst of COVID.
I had never expected to be thrilled with my pest control service but I definitely am!

We found there were bees going in and out in one of the vents located outside of our house. We make an appointment with Issaquah Pest Control and they gave me quote on the situation and when they could come to take care of it. Jordan was professional amazing and friendly he identified this was yellow jackets and gave me great suggestion on what he could found. He took care of it very fast and reliable. I definitely would go back to them if I have any issue again. Thank you guys!

We began to find an occasional wasp inside our house. It being Summer with lots of door opening and closing that was not too alarming. Then I noticed 2 at once in our unfinished basement. After dispatching them I noticed some more. After a good search I discovered hive in the cavity in our concrete block foundation which exposed on the inside and had an opening outside at the edge of the siding and edge of a window frame. Issaquah Pest Control took care of it with a single treatment inside and out. Within 24 hours there was no activity at all. Plugged the openings sealing it up. All is well. Thanks to Issaquah Pest Control the problem is solved

We needed some help controlling ants on the deck and investigating some sounds from the attic in our new house. Jordan from Issaquah Pest Control stopped by to look things over and provide a preventative plan to keep the insects and small mice in our backyard from getting into the house. Jordan was very professional and informative in our interaction and even gave us a discount on his service (already fairly priced) as it did not turn out to be a lot of work from his end. Would definitely recommend their services for other folks in this region.

Issaquah Pest Control is the one to call! As first time homeowners we experienced our first dead raccoon in our shed out back. Surprisingly not many companies will help take care of dead animals; I contacted more than 10 local companies! Issaquah Pest Control sent over a professional team right away. Really impressed with the service so far. We’ve tried several pest control companies in the past, and each time have ended up disappointed. So, this time, we did quite a bit of research, which led us to Issaquah Pest Control. The office (Sheon) was very responsive to questions we had. Being happy with the estimate and explanation of services, we scheduled our initial appointment. Our initial treatment was just completed, and we were very impressed with how thorough and knowledgeable Simon and Gavin were in treating our home. The appointment was followed by an order statement that included detailed service notes, which is extremely helpful.

Great job coming out quickly. They were booked up but we really needed to get a wasps nest out of our attic so we paid and extra $200 to have them come the next day. Otherwise we would have had to wait a few days.

The year round guaranteed program has worked well for us. We had a terrible ant problem and many hornet/wasp nests on our property. One week after the initial treatment - everything was gone. All the technicians have been friendly and professional when they have done the follow up prevention treatments and we are extremely happy with them.

We had a dead rabbit in the yard and were looking for some help with removal. We contacted several companies whom quote us 150-200 for picking it up. Issaquah pest control came out on the same day and did it for free! I was given a heads up when Simon was on the way and he arrived on time. He was very friendly and cleaned it up nicely. They have the horsepower or a corporation with the handling of a family business. Always making the effort to go the extra mile.
