I appreciate you going out of your way to help me today when you did not have to! We realized this morning that there was a dead raccoon on our property leading up to our driveway. With the weekend coming up I needed it removed today and did not have much luck with anyone I had called before then.When I called Issaquah pest control and explained the situation, they were so quick and friendly, stating they would figure out how they can get someone over to remove it today. I got a call back right away and they made the extra effort to just come out and remove the animal from our property even though it was out of their way. Thank you so much!

I recently subscribed to quarterly services with Issaquah Pest Control. Their service is superior to other pest control businesses. Their staff responds quickly to issues through all forms of communication, including Yelp messaging. I had an issue between quarterly services and they sent out a technician the next day to resolve the issue with ants. Not only do they provide a service, they educate you on pests prevention. In addition, their techs are very friendly, personable, and took all precautionary measures during COVID-19 social distancing guidance. What I appreciated most is that their tech texts you prior to arriving with an accurate estimate of arrival time.Give them a try, they are great!

I had a wasp nest that was being built in the eaves directly above my front door. I contacted Issaquah Pest Control using Yelp messaging late at night and they had responded before I woke up the next morning. Tanner came by to remove the nest in the scheduled time window and got it removed quickly. Overall a great experience working with the company and I will definitely look at using them for future pest problems.

This was the first time I used this pest control company and I was extremely impressed. Todd came out on schedule is a great guy and treated our house for carpenter ants. The ants are very unhappy now and I am a happy homeowner. The company is professional from start to finish. Highly recommend them.

Ive been using the services of Issaquah Pest Control for almost a year and find them to be very professional with very reasonable rates for their services. The owner of the business has come on a service call with one of his specialists. From amazing customer service to excellent pest control I couldn't be more satisfied. I'm so glad I called them last summer and set up regular maintenance on a quarterly basis. They always give me feedback on what they do when they're here. I highly recommend their services.

Very professional! My husband thought there might have been a rodent that died in our garage due to a foul smell. I texted Issaquah Pest Control about the issue late Friday afternoon and they got back to me right away and scheduled for someone to come out on Monday! The technician came out on time and put on a mask before walking towards me (due to COVID-19 precautions). He examined the garage while I waited inside then he called me with his findings. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Tanner came out today for my regular service. He explained in detail what he intended to do today and asked me if I have had any concerns that he could address. I live in a heavily wooded area so proper pest control is essential. He was super professional and knowledgeable and I knew that I was in good hands. He worked efficiently and then reported back before he left. The service he provided was outstanding and he took care of everything we discussed.
