Very professional! My husband thought there might have been a rodent that died in our garage due to a foul smell. I texted Issaquah Pest Control about the issue late Friday afternoon and they got back to me right away and scheduled for someone to come out on Monday! The technician came out on time and put on a mask before walking towards me (due to COVID-19 precautions). He examined the garage while I waited inside then he called me with his findings. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I cannot say enough about the service we have gotten from everyone at Issaquah Pest Control- Jordan Todd Simon and Jen have all been amazing! We have had an ongoing especially tough ant problem and the care and service we have received from these guys has been beyond excellent! Dare I say that after many months of them battling the ants I think we may have gotten rid of them! We will continue to have them come out to spray regularly but we finally have it under control! Highly recommend them if you have an ant issue.

IPC came out to help get our spider situation under control. They're super easy to work with and very professional. Simon took care of all our creepy-crawlies and didn't even judge me (out loud anyway!) when I screamed several times when I thought I saw a spider. Would definitely recommend!

I recently moved into a new (to me) house and was told they cleared the crawlspace of rats but not the attic (which honestly was weird to me but w/e). I also was having some issues with ants getting into the garage and house as well as spiders everywhere so I contacted Issaquah Pest Control to come out and help me with the problems. They got back to me the next day and I had an appointment set up for a few days layer. Simon came out and took a look around the attic and crawlspace and found most everything was fine except some insulation issues. He also sprayed for ants in the problem room the garage and around the house. There are also some ant baits now in that room and a spider spray around the house too. I also asked him about a weird pile of dirt I saw which turned out to be an old mole hill. Simon gave me some good advice on how to handle any more ants or moles that show up. Since there was no sign of rats they lowered my bill from what was originally quoted which I appreciated! Other companies might not have done that.
For anyone concerned about having someone come around during the pandemic I want to also note that he wore a face mask kept a good distance away (social distancing and all that) and wore shoe covers in the house. So everything seemed good there! If I have any more pest issues I know who Ill call :)'

If you are looking for a company that has a big responsible for their job and very reliable their service with the best customer service this is the company.
We were very happy with their prompt response and keep up their quality of service with followup service call. They replied and told us a good alternative solution when we had the indoor ants problem. Then they provided professional baits for us. We signed up their quarterly service and look forward to working with them to make our home free from any rodents or any bugs.

We called Issaquah pest and spoke to the young lady whom answered. We discussed our concerns about mice/rat issue in our attic. A appointment was setup with in a few days. Simon arrived right on time he came with mask on gloves on. Putting booties over his shoes as he entered the house. With the Corona virus pandemic we honestly were concerned with someone entering our home but felt they did exactly what needed to be done for his safety and ours. He investigated the interior and exterior of our attic discovering some bird blocks needed blocked. He took care of the areas needing attention adding traps and put our minds at ease. He came back 2 weeks later. Caught a villain in the attic. Simon told us thats what you want. They can't get out of attic.
He gave us choices of services they offer no pressure what so ever.
But thought the things we'd been doing with what he'd done was good.
We highly recommend.'

These guys are fantastic! Weve only been with them for a short time but their customer service is above and beyond. We hired them after a disagreement with another LARGE local company that failed to honor our original agreement. Issaquah Pest has been super responsive from the very first time I called and have been quick to help with other pest issues that have come up. This company is great! The staff seem to really enjoy working together and are a close team. I really like that they are available via text message & that they send thorough reports after each visit. The quarterly pricing for service is very fair too. They don't do clean outs but if you are looking for an honest pest monitoring service then look no further.'

Highly recommend! They helped us rodent treatment last October. They gave lots of advice setup traps bait stations pointed out places to fix (yea we end up cleanup attic and crawlspaces) and finally no activities last 2 months. They come and visit multiple times for the treatment - its really money back guaranteed!
Jordan and Simon are always on-time professional and knowledgable; Jennifer (customer service) is very responsive easy to get on appointments. Now it's spring and they come back to do ant prevention!'

Last year my craw space was infested with mice/rodents and was treated by another company. Theres still smells come out of my craw space after a year so I suspect there's rat/mice activities still. I contacted Issaquah Pest Control. Very smooth in making appointment. Their reminder system is also very convenient. Todd and his assistant arrived on time. Very polite and professional. They listened carefully to my suspicion and thoughts. Todd went to the craw space (very tight) to investigate. No new activity there. Only some old dry droppings. The previous traps are still there not set off. And then looked through the exterior to see if there's any potential entrance need fixing. He assured me that my house is in great shape and suggested potential steps to clean up if I choose so. Also offered advice on finding the right material to do more defense. All these are FREE of charge! It's a big surprise to me. I'd definitely to contact them again if there's any need in the future. I highly recommend Todd and his team!'

Todd was fantastic. We had a major beehive in the structure of our house that was causing a lot of activity on our deck. Within two days Todd terminated the hive and havent had any bees since. What I especially appreciated about Todd was his follow up communication. Since terminating our beehive Todd has followed up twice to make sure we haven't had any problems since. If you're looking for someone to do a thorough job look no further than Todd at Issaquah Pest Control. You won't regret it.'

If you are looking for a great pest control company look no further. Their customer service is really exemplary. Todd was able to come up the same day that I called him. He was super knowledgeable and he did the inspection for free. Not a lot of companies in this day do that they will charge you an "inspection fee". Not Todd he was very helpful and super effective. Highly recomended them!

The service is great and the owner is very knowledgeable sincere and to the detail. I contacted Todd the owner after reading the reviews a bit doubtful of all the good words. Yet he proves that he is worth of all the compliments. He offered a free inspection suggested the improvements I could do and recommended a crawl space insulation service that is cheaper than my general contractor offered me. I would definitely recommend Todd to others.

Todd gave us great service! He was super fast to respond to my inquiry and even managed to get out to our house same day. He was knowledgeable helpful and very friendly. He even gave us some recommendations on great places to check out as were new to the area. Our ant problem seems to have cleared up well in less than 24 hours but he was also clear that ant issues are a constant battle (which every exterminator we've talked to says as well) and he gave us a great deal on service with him for the next year.
