Todd just started the business around a month ago so its not surprising that he was quick to respond. He's a really nice guy. Good attention to detail. He understood that I was worried about how any chemicals might affect my dog and he made sure I knew exactly how long I needed to keep him inside after the treatment. I haven't seen a single bug in the house since. What more could you ask for?
Oh with regards to him just starting the business. He isn't inexperienced. He's been doing this for years. He was just working for someone else that whole time.'

We called Todd early on a Friday and he came to our rescue in an hour when we made our first call dealing with a field mouse. We were heading out of town so he brought traps and the mouse was caught within hours. Fantastic customer service a great service plan to encourage mice to stay out of the house as well as recommendations on how to ensure no other mice enter our house through the attic or crawlspace.

Todd was prompt organized efficient and state of the art! He came out because I smelled something off in the basement and within fifteen minutes he had found and disposed of the culprit. He is young and smart and seems to know "state of the art" pest control as opposed to what was done 20 years ago. I have already reached out to him to request a service contract.

We had a couple of ants show up in our kitchen the other day which is to be expected as it is the end of the summer so I didn't think anything about it. By the next day there were HUNDREDS. No joke, actual swarms. I talked with Jordan from Issaquah Pest Control about it and he set out about 3 or 4 pretty non-invasive traps. I just kind of avoided the kitchen for a day. By the next day there were zero ants. None. We have not seen a single one in over two weeks. Highly recommended. I can't imagine how long I would have dealt with that problem without them. Quick and easy scheduling too. No machines. A live representative. Which is a big deal for me. It couldn't have gone simpler!

Todd came out promptly after I expressed concern with possible rodent entry points along our garage. He closed them off during his first visit along with looking for other points. He is very knowledgeable and thorough! Definitely recommend giving him a call!

Through yelp TODD was highly recommended so figure Id see if I can schedule an appointment. Todd responded via text not even 15mins after I put in my information. We were able to schedule an early appointment to look over the wasp nest exterior part of the house. He came within the window of time provided. Took care of the wasp nest and provided some additional info. Also stated he will be back in three days to check on it. I appreciate the time thoroughness information and professionalism Todd displayed throughout the process. Very helpful and professional. He was able to come out next day to spray the exterior of my house when I found many carpenter ants outside. He was on time and provided me with a lot of helpful information on things I can do to keep pests out of my home. Todd is TOTALLY amazing. He came out on super short notice after hours to deal with a potential bat in our kids bedroom. Our son has special needs and it was going to be an entire fiasco if we had to switch sleeping arrangements on him with no notice like that. Moving into a new apartment and realizing that it has bedbugs is a nightmare but Todd was an absolute lifesaver. He was able to come out the same day I called him and he performed a thorough inspection and extermination and gave us clear instructions about what we needed to do to keep the bugs away.
