everything went really smooth from start to end, superb to the technician and i went there for battery replacement for my iphone 8plus as it’s bloated but that doesn’t take long, as they’re doing the inspection, questions, replacement all took within an hour or less. keep up the good work

staff named Kenji is very friendly and knows his stuff very well. He helped me replacing new screen to my 2021 M1 iPad Pro 12.9 inch . I went to few apple service providers to help me with my iPad issues but the cost mentioned is really made my blood pressure goes up .
Then I bumped into Secondlifeasia FB and read through all the reviews from its customers and finally I booked an appointment and tadaaaaaa my iPad is alive again and the repair cost is less than half from the ASP . Thank you Kenji, Tq Secondlifeasia.

5-stars Apple products repair service! Sent my water-damaged iPhone 11 there for diagnosis, was served by Mr. Kenji, the whole process was completely transparent and professional. The LCD of my device was malfunctioning due to water damaged, they even let me use their LCD to back up my data, without any extra charges other than the RM80 diagnosis labour fee. After diagnosis, Mr. Kenji told me that it will need around RM1200 to get the repair done and he advised me not to proceed with the repair as it will be more worth it to buy a new phone with that high repair price. They're not only looking to earn customers' money but to solve customers' problems on the spot! Highly recommended!!!

My iPhone7 had been giving a lot of hiccups and challenges over the last few months, where I could not properly charge my phone, and my phone would just die on me unable to get access to my account, retrieve my data nor communicate with my family and friends…
So here I am with Secondlifeasia asking for help (this is not the first time with Secondlifeasia, as I have gone through with mother board replacement, battery replacement, and charging port replacement, etc in the past, and I go back all the time as this is the only place I can trust).
Ms. Kim would take-in my phone over night for verification and propose the options for the repair the next day. Once we are in agreement, she would start her repair, and would keep it for a day or two extra for verification and to make sure the repair is appropriate.
Thanks to her attendance, my iPhone7 is now back to life.

My MacBook Pro had an issue and couldn't turn on at all after many attempts for a few nights. I was extremely worried about losing my files since I hadn't performed a Time Machine backup a few months ago. My iphone mini12 battery has maintenance issues and the reservation via FB page is pretty convenient.
Took only 2 hours to change battery to the new one.
Cost is decent (389 MYT for battery 80 MYT labour cost).
Definitely comeback if having any issues in the future!
