I sent my iPhone 12 Pro Max for battery replacement before first day of Hari Raya.The service staff there was very professional and good service.Because of Hari Raya maybe some Malay staff already take leave, so it might take longer time for repairing. Done around 2 hours plus as well when it was promised 3-4 hours. They also lend me a phone to use while waiting for repair. And also service staff was very helpful for provide advice on how to taking care and how to optimise battery life. Highly recommended!!

My iPhone went kaput with white screen issue and had to be replaced but the two rusted screws at the bottom meant it could not be opened the usual way for the purpose. This service centre found a solution. As an added bonus, the service was fast with advices to boot on how to keep the phone in good working order. I am highly satisfied with the service provided.

Came in yesterday for a battery replacement for my iPhone 11! The whole process was systematic from price inquiry to booking to sending in my phone for the fix. Even though they promised it will be done in 2 hours, but they got it done in 1 hour! Everything is transparent here and will consider to come back again for future fixes!
