I had issue turning on my Macbook Air and my data was at risk due to no backup. Unfortunately I was told by Authorised Service Centre the solution would be either reformat or replace a new motherboard which both could cause me losing my data permanently. I decided to go for 2nd opinion and my hubby recommended Second Life Asia to me. The staffs at Second Life Asia were very friendly and dedicated to resolve my issue (especially when I said I had no backup of my data). They eventually helped to restore my system and my data are still there! I truly appreciate their service and commitment to serve their customers with their interest in mind! I would definitely recommend them to anyone whom is looking for service/ repair for their Apple devices.

My i7 has been dead for many years due to problems on motherboard. Sent to many technicians but none of them able to fix it until i came across an ad by secondlifeasia so i decided to give it a go. Miraculously they revived my hp! Thank you guys!

My phone screen was cracked and massively damaged. Looking at it, i had given up hope of repairing my phone, as i estimate the cost of repairing would be high.
Then came here through the suggestion of my father, saying that this place is excellent in repairing iphone. The next day i came to the place and and the technician ask me what is the cause, estimation cost, how long to get it repaired and the need of diagnose overall condition. An overall very good customer service.
The technician told me it may took 3-5 days but surprisingly the next day it is ready to pickup. That was very fast.
During pickup, i check overall condition of my phone and its looks like new phone. Overall im more than satisfied with the service, product and price. Reasonable price and affordable.

It was a great experience dealing with their team as they are very professional and efficient. I made an appointment with them via Facebook messenger to change my phone battery. The price of the replacement battery and labour cost were quoted upfront when the enquiry was made via messenger. On the day of the appointment, I was greeted by one of their staff named Kim who is friendly, polite and attentive. My phone battery was replaced within an hour which is super fast! I’m glad that I found them and they will definitely be my trusted place to go for any repair on my devices in the future. Kudos to the team!

Send in my macbook air for fixing as cant turn on. Eventually found out that motherboard and battery need replacement.
