Very responsive chat, and clear information given when I got in touch with them to change my MBPro's battery. Appointment was easy to make, location easy to find, they said it would take 4 hours, but it was done in 3. They gave me a call to let me know that it was done, and then messaged me also when I couldn't answer the call. Appreciate their tips to help the longevity of the battery also, and glad that it's got a 12 month warranty on it too.

During Mid November, my Iphone Xs Max was having a charging problem due to a motherboard-related issue. As usual, I went to 2 of Apple's Authroized Service Centres in Lowyat and Times Square respectively to find a solution to fix my Iphone as it is still in a very good condition.
I was shocked as they, an authorized Apple Service Centre, could not repair motherboard related issues, I was quite disappointed at that moment as my Iphone was still like brand new.
My cousin then recommended me to give a shot to Secondlifeasia to repair my Iphone, as I reached there, the staff were really friendly and they were really willing to try to "rescue" my phone. Around 3 weeks later, I was informed that they had found the problem that was causing my phone not to charge. The fee that they offered was very reasonable, and i did not think twice to tell them to repair my phone.
Overall, I am really really happy that Secondlifeasia managed to repair my phone. I am definitely going to recommend them to my friends and family for their Apple-product related issues. As least, they are willing to TRY and find a solution to fix your device, unlike other service centres.
