Previously brought my old iPad Air 2 for a battery change. 7 months later the iPad started experiencing frequent and sudden restarts. Brought it back to Secondlifeasia and they diagnosed the battery being faulty and already started to bloat. As the battery was still under their 1 year warranty, they changed it to a new one without fuss and any charges.
They are now my default go to guys for my Apple devices problems and repairs. Well done guys.

Brought my macbook 2017 in for a batt replacement and it was swiftly done in 4 hours. Mus, if I didn't spell his name wrongly explained everything clearly after the replacement, it was a pleasant experience bringing my mbp there to fix my blotted batt.

They are very helpful and I feel grateful that they able to diagnose what’s wrong with my MacBook. Because the 1st shop I went the technician told me they suspect is motherboard even I told them it might be battery. Secondlifeasia also check other parts of my MacBook and keep me posted the status.

Long overdue but deserves a great mention! Seriously, this place is like a hospital & rehabilitation centre for all Apple devices!
Had my Iphone 6S & 5S admitted for diagnosis & treatment some 6 months ago ie replacing the batteries, checking, servicing & cleaning. Thankfully, both “patients” were given a clean bill of health & discharged within hours.. BTW, the batteries are under 1 year warranty. Loved the “doctor’s”honesty & patience in answering my queries. (Sorry, can’t recall his name ). Anyway, a special shoutout to Alan Lee for layan-ning (& still do!) my queries about Iphone.
To all Apple fans/owners - if you’re serious in saving your Apple devices or simply looking for a preloved Apple phone etc do give this place a try!

Pricing was reasonable and I really liked the professionalism shown. Owners are friendly and knowledgeable while also giving tips on how to take care of our iPhones and iPads.
