I visited the Reston branch for a quick lunch. The staff were uber friendly and I couldn't fault them. I really think a business earns it's credits when things don't go according to plan. Things happen. It's how a business reacts that impresses me. In this instance the staff could not have reacted more positively. Jessica and her team were all professional and offered several different options of service recovery. Thanks for being professional. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

Fresh, friendly, and delicious! True Food is so good. The staff were all very friendly, our server Leelee was attentive and one of the best servers I have had in recent memory. The menu is just the right size and has something for every budget. We had the tuna spring rolls which were amazing. The hummus was decent, definitely needed something more to dip with. The vegan burger is homemade and oh so good. Plus the drinks are all amazing! I recommend the pool party. We will be back !

Enjoyable early experience. Can't say they need time to iron things out - everything, and everyone, seemed to work very well already. Greeted warmly, sat quickly, and immediately asked what I'd like to drink. Enjoyed my sparkling mango tea, giant turkey burger, and a cookies -n- ice cream dessert that was, well, heavenly. Great meal, friendly service, clean / open decor. Glad this nice addition to RTC has opened.

I asked for the stake to be medium rare, but it came out medium well. The manager immediately came over and let me know they were preparing a new dish. I decided to take it togo so I didn't waste the original dish. José the sue chef and front of house manager comped the entire meal and made everything right. I give 4 starts because the meat was not right originally, but their handling of the situation really made up for it. Thank you José and team! I greatly appreciate you.

There a waitress was extremely good and very helpful. Food was good, but I was not impressed by there specialty drinks that day. I really like the atmosphere of the restaurant.

The vibe was really nice. Open and airy. Only some of the staff were friendly, others were aloof and others just plain ignored me when I tried to get their attention 'cause my server was MIA most of the time. The food was good though.

Fun evening with friends here. Menuchoices are refreshingly healthy and include lighter fare for those preferring a simple meal. Service is ok. A solid choice at rtc.

Such a great healthy spot to eat leaving you fulfilled. The hummus was so insanely good, please get it even if to have in your house as a leftover snack. fall pesto pasta was SO good. I loved the vegetable variety and the pumpkin/pesto combo is to die for. Kids teriyaki bowl was hearty and delicious. Only reason for 4 stars is that both dishes lacked sauce. My pasta was so dry at the end I couldn’t finish it.

I visited with friends on a Sunday morning to get some lighter brunch/lunch fare. Familiar with typical dinner options at the Mosaic branch, I was eager to try the brunch offerings at a different location. The clean outdoor seating area proved relatively quiet and conducive to conversation among the three of us. Our server greeted us promptly and offered responsive yet unassuming service throughout our meal. I should have asked for a name, as her checking with me on how I liked my food along with what she liked was most welcome and added to my experience. My food arrived at reasonable times if not a little sooner, so pacing seemed quite appropriate as well. I ordered the strawberry lemon pancakes followed by the beef burger with kale salad side and finally the summer mango tart. The pancakes look and taste like a healthier pancake and had good texture. I wonder if a dressier and more flavorful garnish to go along with the lemon cream (more would have been nice for my taste) would be either some house-made strawberry preserves/jam or maybe an infused syrup with strawberries and mint or something. Maple syrup while traditional seemed too sweet for some reason. The burger was the opposite of a typical greasy fast-food version, and I very much liked the combination of Parmesan, arugula, and well caramelized onions. Meat temperature looked between medium rare and medium to me and tasted subtly enjoyable. I wonder if the bottom bun would be less compressed and soggy if half the arugula were placed beneath the burger. Otherwise toasting the bun would have nearly perfected this burger along with maybe some kind of spiced aioli instead of mayo. The kale salad to me needs lemon (which I requested and got) to brighten the flavor but satisfies regardless. The mango tart has a pleasing appearance overall even with an unorthodox green color that apparently results from the mix of vegan creams used for the custard. I definitely detected a subtle mango flavor, and I would have appreciated a bolder flavor and orange color along with a few mango pieces as garnish. The crust sits in the background and allows the custard to be the star. As I recall the total for my meal settled around $40 or so excluding tax and tip. Prices seemed to be slightly higher than what I might expect for the area, but I did not leave dissatisfied with my experience from most any angle. I could return here and delve into a few other choices that caught my eye.
