What sets Trek Coburg apart is not only their professionalism but their dedication to recommending the most practical solutions rather than pushing the most expensive ones, which I find is a rarity these days. Like others have said, I want to give a special shoutout to Rachel, whose advice and insights are not only genuine but also incredibly valuable due to her extensive experience and knowledge. It was fellow racers who initially recommended this store to me (as I was deliberating between another brand for a new race bike). They take the time to understand you, your interests and what keeps you motivated, often going the extra mile to ensure you and the bike setup is what you want (and if it isn’t they’ll find a way). It’s a considerable purchase and they treat the decision as if it’s their own... Rachel's can-do attitude and her helpful personality is a reflection of the reputation this store has built.
