The Cullman Police Department Investigation Division in conjunction with Cullman County Sheriff’s Office,Morgan County Sheriff’s Office and the Cullman County District Attorney’s Office on Friday evening, Sept. 13, 2024, arrested seven individuals involved in a multistate vehicle theft ring.
All seven suspects are charged with first-degree receiving stolen property and obstructing justice. The suspects are:

Courage C. Wolugboms
Mackqies Markus Teddy Raymond
Quintin L. Clemmons Jr.
Nikole Paulette Acree
Kahrese Tracy Lee

On August 26, 2024, Christopher Brown entered a blind plea of guilty to the murder of Roberto Ramos.
The Cullman Police Department extends its deep appreciation to the Patrol Officers, Investigators, and the District Attorney’s Office for their diligent efforts on this case.
We also wish to recognize the outstanding work of the lead investigator, Sgt. Chris Thomason, whose dedication, and tireless hours were crucial to the investigation and trial preparation.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of Roberto Ramos during this difficult time.
