Very pleasant environment. Very sincere when they are asking you questions. They listen and make sure they understand how you feel and why your there. You’re treated like a person not just a number. Good Natured and Caring Attitude in all areas I was in from X-rays, to checking in and seeing my doctor. Awesome Experience!!!

Dr. Jana was great. Very personable and he explained everything to me. Gave me all the time I needed to ask my questions about my upcoming surgery. I feel very comfortable having him as my surgeon for my upcoming surgery.

My first time at MD West One and extremely impressed. Check in was so smooth and the young lady who helped me was funny and made me feel very comfortable. Carlos was so nice getting me ready for the doctor. The doctor was beyond personable and gave me all the facts I needed. He even showed the MRI to me and explained it. I feel like I was able to make the right choice of surgery because i was well informed and given the results right in front of me. Great experience for someone who does not ever like going to the doctor. I hope to never have to go back but if I do I'm not hesitant because they were very personable and beyond informative.

Met Dr Scott McMullen for first time today regarding my ongoing foot issues. He and staff were kind, professional, and thorough from receptionist to X-Ray tech Tanner and in exam room(Bailey, Dr and Kathy PA). Dena the scheduler was excellent too.

If you are on Medicare sometimes you are not seen by the doctor. I was seen by Doctor Buck, who listened to all my information and thoroughly explained my options for knee pain.
