Renting with Happy Campers was the best idea for our trip to the southern coast of Iceland. Their campers are so well equipped with everything you need, and their client service is excellent even on the road. The heating system is perfect, and the bed is very confortable. You can even take some extra free blankets when you pick up the car. They treat their clients really well.

My dog's love to board at Happy Camper. Staff members send me pictures every day. My dogs get very excited when I pack camp belonging. I'm sure I miss them more than they miss me. Happy Camper staff check dogs shot records and let you know when you need to get your dogs shots updated and I find this very helpful.

Absolutely incredible experience! We had a blast traveling the ring road in our 4 x 4 happy camper. The check in, rental, and return process was super easy and it was so nice to have a kitchen, bed, and great heater to keep us warm and comfortable as we traveled. We enjoyed being able to go on gravel roads without worry and will definitely be renting again to explore some of Iceland's highlands in the newer (taller) 4 x 4 that is soon to be released. Super super fun way to explore Iceland and the Happy Campers team is great!

We had a great time in our happy camper. I can't imagine exploring Iceland without a camper van it's the way to go and Happy's gps hotspot is such a nice feature for planning itineraries.

My daughter & I just completed a 2 weeks adventure of the amazing beautiful Island of Iceland! Happy Campers was key to making this one of the most memorable & best trips ever. The entire staff both before & upon our arrival on 4/21 were extremely helpful with preparing & accommodating us for our adventure. Their personal attention to detail gave us confidence & peace of mind comfort for our trip. In addition to the amazing staff our camper & all rented equipment was well prepared & in good order. Upon completion of our amazing, memorable experience I will for sure recommend Happy Campers & look forward to scheduling future trips with them. Although all the staff we interacted with were excellent, I must mention & express our sincere thanks to Benjamin for his time & personal attention. He went above & beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Brilliant! The most relaxing trip we've ever been. Happy Campers know exactly what someone might need on the road and the van was very well equipped. Very helpful staff, from the lady who picked us up from the airport to the people in the office (a lady from Croatia and a guy from Albania - sorry I'm terrible with names...). I wish there were Happy Campers in every country I want to visit.

The most incredible experience! Brilliant company, super friendly staff (BIG shout out to Benjamin and Liljana - they are a credit to Happy Campers), and a very happy campervan (we named him Flloyd!). I felt genuinely sad when we had to return our campervan after such a brilliant experience and already can't wait to book again but next time for longer! My bf forgot his apple watch in the van and they posted it to us - so again a big thank you.

Great value for money and the customer service is TOP NOTCH. We missed our flight this past weekend so we needed a place to stay and Happy Campers’ only response was “why make a bad situation worse?” so they got us all set up so we could turn a bad situation around. Cannot say enough good things. Will be referring everyone we know to them and we will use them again in the future. We used a Happy 1 Auto and it was great for the two of us. Drove well, clean, plenty of warm bedding provided.
Edited to add: we also got ran into in a parking lot so we called the emergency line and they were so helpful in making sure we followed the correct procedure for insurance purposes. Very friendly and attentive the whole way through.

Happy Camper rental was just as advertised. They have a great system, everything from airport pickup to the ‘take/leave food shelf’ to reduce waste. We had a great trip and would use them again!

Eu e minha esposa passamos 7 dias rodando a Islandia numa van da Happy Campers. Não tivemos nenhum problema, nos atendeu super bem. Sem estresse. Tem tudo que você precisa pra comer, dormir e se locomover por este país incrível, com o conforto adequado para quem se dispõe a dormir num carro e se hospedar em campings. Recomendo. Fiz a reserva e pagamento pelo site deles, escolhi os opcionais, tudo por lá. Equipe atenciosa, nós buscaram no aeroporto. Foi tudo certo.

Had an extremely pleasant experience renting with Happy Campers while in Iceland. Smooth and easy to navigate the website for renting, patient and helpful staff and a great little van to sleep out of for the week. Worked with Liljana, who was so kind and extremely helpful in getting us set up with the van, returned, and shuttled to the airport. Will definitely rent again from Happy Campers when returning to Iceland.

Happy Campers är så BRA! Bilen var utrustad med allt man kan tänka sig. Fick super bra tips innan var man kunde åka, vad som var sevärt mm.
Benjamin på Happy Campers var otroligt hjälpsam och kändes trygg och kunnig.
Enda nackdelen var att vi upptäckte Happy Campers i slutet av vår resa. Önskar vi hade vetskapen om att Happy Campers fanns tidigare. Men nästa gång jag kommer till island ska jag vara bo i en Happy Campers!

Amazing experience with all the people that works at happy camper ! The van was honestly in an amazing condition, I had no mechanical problem whatsoever. The GPS with wifi that we could use as hotspot was a real nice add to the whole trip as we did not need to get a data sim card ! They come to pick you up at the airport and drop you off too.

I had an amazing first trip to Iceland, made ten times better by the freedom of having a camper van! I was very happy with the service and the ease of pickup and dropoff with Happy Campers. Happy Campers was the best choice me and my husband did by far. From the online reservation until the end of the trip everything was always smooth and easy. The team was always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the Croatian girl that picked us at the airport an later helped us by phone with my lost jacket. The person who helped us also by chat because of a problem with the inversor was also amazing and Jon also deserves a big thanks for being always there when we need him in the road. For sure we will recommend you in our travel blog :D

WOW! Happy Campers has the best camper van rentals in all of Iceland. They picked us up in a shuttle from the airport, brought us back to their location and set us up with everything we needed for our road trip through Iceland! The van was spacious and very well designed! I can't recommend them enough!
