Just completed my 6 week challenge I've lost 17.8 pounds and 5.5 % body fat. Yes I could I would recommend it, I've actually done already have recommended it to a few my friends. I have nothing bad to say about this place the trainers, they're amazing if they see you struggling with something they'll come up and help you or If they see that the workout is too easy for you they'll modify it for you. The meal plan was a little of a struggle at the beginning but 2 weeks in, your body gets used to it and honestly I've been eating healthy even tho I'm done with the challenge. Loved it, loved it, loved it nothing bad to say.
