IT WORKS!!! I've followed the KETO DIET. I've never done a Ketogenic Diet before buthave a Jedi Mind to follow it correctly. Keto Diet has an additional feature to follow it strictly. If you deviate from the diet, the ketogenic effect will be lost, therefore... I was always keeping an eye to not loose it as I was seeing the effects EVERY WEEK. The training plans are very well documented, You could plan yourself ahead and have a clear view with videos about what to do and how to do it. So I followed those correctly and saw my body becoming what I wanted to be. AMAZING! If you have the commitment here are the right plans to assist you. I totally recommended it, it not only worked on me but also on a good friend that tried it before me. GO FOR IT 10/10

This program is the real deal, it has changed the way I feel about dieting and nutrition in a broad sense. Also, the workout plan is a good point to start living a fitness lifestyle. In 6 weeks I have lost 5.3% of my Body Fat and 15lb. What’s more, people in their Accountability Club are very supportive and committed to the program. Highly recommended!!

Great program. I lost 20lbs in 6 weeks. My accountability was awesome and the meal plans are easy to follow. I definitely recommend this program.

After taking classes at GTZ for 6 weeks, I lost 6.8 lbs and 7.5% body fat! I love the small classes, nutrition consultation and informed workouts. The diet plan was specifically designed for my body type and it really worked. The exercises are challenging without being ridiculous, and the instructors would tell me if I'm doing anything wrong and occasionally brought me heavier weights to lift. Many thanks to all the instructors, especially Kim, Mark and Jon. I'm also super grateful of the supportive GTZ community. It has been such a great experience and I highly recommend anyone to do this challenge.
