As long as u follow the plan with a little extra cardio you'll get there with no problem

They know what they are doing. They have the best meal plan options. Workouts are amazing. They have amazing coaches and they are ready to help to people, They always follow up with me. They answer my questions. They also have Facebook community page. People are in connection on this page. I lost 23.4 lbs in 6 weeks. I sign up now with this Master Class. A comprehensive diet and workout plan. Very manageable to stick to. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight and get into shape. I lost 21 pounds so far.

The team is awesome and the nutrition plans help keep you on track. I love the flexibility of the classes and the encouragement from the members and the staff. I lost over 20 pounds in 6 weeks! I highly recommend this program.

This place is awesome, so much fun and a great atmosphere. The trainers especially Kim Gerhard were amazing and extremely helpful in 6 week challenge. They made each work out fun and were there to help and show you how to properly do the exercises. They helped me find the accountability I needed in myself to control my diet and get my eating habits in check. If you’re thinking of going back to gym I would suggest checking GTZ out before heading to a traditional gym. Once again thank you to all the trainers you guys all rock!

I just completed the 6 week challenge and have succeed in losing 20 lbs. It is a great feeling knowing that i can walk into my closet and all my cloths fit or are too loose. Thanks to the help of the staff at GTZ i was able to achieve this goal. The class sizes were small whuch meant individual attention and the food plan was easy to follow.
