I just finished my challenge and lost 21.4 lbs. This program is definitely designed to help you be successful. The workouts are awesome, the staff is even better and the meal plan is pretty easy to follow. The meal plan is restrictive, but definitely can be followed, even beyond the 6 weeks. It really is a pretty cool place and the results are awesome.

Honestly GTZ was such a great motivation for me to get back into lifting. I was able to gain 6 lbs of muscle mass because of GTZ. The coaches were great, they will walk you through and help you reach your goal. The 6 week challenge is highly recommended for anyone who wants to get in shape.

Gravity gave me the tools I needed to reach my goal weight just in time for my Air Force retirement ceremony. Coach Raf was there anytime I had a question. I lost 23 pounds! The program is set up beautifully and is very easy to follow. I can’t thank the team enough for my fitness success. Fernando

GTZ was a great program and experience. I followed the diet that they give me as well as did there workouts. It help me achieve my goals. I lost 33 lbs and 5.8% body fat in the 6 weeks.

Gravity Training Zone is a great place beyond what I expected when I had seen the ad.This place and the trainers are amazing they are so welcoming and motivating. During my 6 week challenge I looked forward to each and every session and the commodery among the clients is nothing I have ever experienced in any other gym. It's like we were family encouraging each other to achieve our goals. I highly recommend Gravity Training Zone.

Completed my 6 week challenge yesterday..!!! WooHooo.. I lost 16 lbs and 5.6% body fat in these weeks. The diet combined with the workouts helped a lot. When I started, it was really difficult. I literally had to drag myself that first week but then it got easier and by the time 6 weeks ended I was waiting for that time when I can go to the classes. They are that good..!! Thank you Kim, Scott, John and Frank for all that you did to me, for me and for all those who come to GTZ.
