I love this gym!!!!!!! I lost 16 pounds and 6% body fat in there 6 week program. I love there coaches they really push you that’s what I needed. I owe my transformation to coach Kim and Scott. If your thinking about joining take my word for it you won’t regret it.

The workouts are challenging, the coaches are all very nice, and it was great that they will make modifications to exercises whenever needed. I really enjoyed all the workouts, and found that there is a huge difference of what I can do now, then when I first started the challenge. One major marker for me is that when I first began the challenge, I could not easily get off the weight bench without literally rolling myself off; but only after a few weeks, my core was strengthened and it’s no big deal now to sit up and easily get off the bench.

I found the program easy to use, the wealth of information is great. You have access to multiple workout programs and meal plans. Enough to suit everyone. I love 20.5 pounds in the six weeks, very happy with the results. Thanks very much for getting me on track

This program is the real deal! No gimmicks. No secret agendas. No regrets. I lost 26 lbs in 6 weeks and I did it by following their very easy, well-designed and effective program of clean eating,exercising and accountability. We all know that's how it's done but their Accountability Facebook Page of members working toward the same goal, inspiring each other and holding each one of us accountable was the key factor for me. Without this element I would have felt alone in my journey and lost. Being able to ask online coaches and members questions about diet, exercise, etc at any time and get immediate answers was also very helpful. I only wish I would have known about this program years ago! I highly recommend The 6 Week Challenge.....hands down the best program I have tried!

This is my second time going the GTZ Morganville for the 6 week challenge. Great experience all around, the coaches take care of nutrition and exercise, and you see the results within a few days! Highly recommend GTZ. Also it was a best experience to spend time with my daughter and see the results of her eating habits and change of the lifestyle. Thank you again.

This is my second time doing the challenge. I had great results the first time and more importantly was able to live my life and not regain the weight. After 4 months of maintaining, I was ready for the next level. I was skeptical I could meet my goal because was more interested in building muscle, which at my age can be challenging. I am pleased with the results. I lost 13 lbs and lost 5% body fat. I'm back into my high school size but stronger and more fit than ever. The classes are very effective if you work hard. The diet is easy to follow because of all the accountability and support. I recommend this program if you are serious about a change. For me, it was pivotal to see results week by week, as I am impatient. The more I saw it working, the more I was motivated to stick with it. Good luck!

I just finished my 6 week challenge and even though it was very tough I’m so glad I did it I lost 20 pounds and 4.6% body! All the trainers there are awesome and super encouraging. If you want to lose weight and willing to put the work in this place will be great for you.
