How Can I Use AI Credits on the UGC Platform?
On our UGC platform, AI assistance is available in both the EmbedFeed and EmbedReviews products.
In EmbedFeed:
AI Post Descriptions: When you are scheduling or publishing a post, you can use AI to write your captions. Simply provide a short prompt about what you want to include, and our AI will generate a full post description for you.
Automatic Post Tagging: Our AI can automatically analyze your collected posts to apply relevant tags and categories (like
Positive FeedbackorPotential Lead). This helps you organize your content and find valuable insights much faster.
In EmbedReviews:
AI Review Replies: When you open a Google review to reply, you'll see an AI button. Click it, and the AI will instantly generate a suggested reply based on the customer's review. You can edit the suggestion to add your personal touch or send it right away.
How Are AI Credits Spent?
The system is simple and transparent. Each time you use an AI-powered feature to perform an action, one credit is used.
1 AI Action = 1 AI Credit
This means generating one post description, organizing one post with tags, or creating one review reply will each cost one AI credit.
How Do I Get AI Credits?
Free Starting Credits: To help you experience the power of our AI features, every new account automatically starts with 100 free AI credits.
Purchasing More Credits: If you run out of your initial credits, you can easily purchase more at any time from within your account to continue using the AI features without interruption.
To purchase more credits, follow these steps:
Click on the AI Credits
Click on "Get more"
Select the amount of credits you want to purchase with the slider
Click on "Buy Credits"
