The EmbedFeed platform has direct integration with Vimeo. And it allows you to generate your Vimeo video feeds and display them on any website with just one line of code.

If you still don't have an EmbedFeed account, click to start a 7-day trial.

To do this, just follow the steps below:

Step 1: Add a New Source

  1. Go to 'Sources' and click 'Add new source':

  2. Choose 'Vimeo':

You will now see two connection options:

  • Vimeo User

  • Vimeo Channel

Step2: Option 1: Add Vimeo Videos from a User Account

1. Choose this option if you want to display all public videos from a specific Vimeo user profile:

What link should you use?

For Vimeo User sources, you must use the numeric User ID inside this format:

https://vimeo.com/userUSERID

For example:

https://vimeo.com/user13058957

⚠️ Note: Adding a Vimeo user works only with the numeric User ID — the username URL alone will not work.

How to find the Vimeo User ID:

  1. Open the Vimeo profile in your browser
    (for example: https://vimeo.com/username)

  2. Right-click anywhere on the page and select View Page Source

  3. Press Ctrl + F (Windows) or Cmd + F (Mac)

  4. Search for:
    user

  5. You will find a numeric value next to it — this is the User ID [example:13564536]

  6. Copy that numeric ID

2. Paste the full link in this format and click 'Connect source':

Your Vimeo feed will be generated in seconds, and you only need to select the widget layout and click on the Create widget button.

That's it!

Option 2: Add Vimeo Videos from a Channel

Choose this option if you want to display videos from a specific Vimeo Channel (not the entire user account):

What link should you use?

You need the Channel URL

How to find the Vimeo Channel URL or ID:

  • Open the Vimeo Channel in your browser (for example:
    https://vimeo.com/channels/channelname)

  • Copy and paste this full URL inside your EmbedSocial account

After pasting the Channel URL, click 'Connect source', and the feed will be generated:

Step3: To display this feed on your website, in the widget editor left-hand settings panel, click the 'Embed' tab and click 'Copy code.'

Copying the widget code

And paste it anywhere into the body section of your website where you want it to appear.
