You can customize your reviews widget layouts by going into the "Layout" drop-down menu on the left-hand side of the widget and choosing one of the several layout options.

Whenever you make changes, make sure to click 'Save' in the top-right corner (screenshot above)

More customization options can be found in the next drop-down menu 'Feed' such as reviews on the page, show media logo, date and choose colors, and many more.

Once you will successfully make the changes in your widget, you will need to click on the top right "Save" button and the changes will be automatically shown on your website where the widget is embedded.
