The first step is to create and customize your own form and create an embeddable code as a 'Leave a review' button. In order to achieve this, please follow this article:
Once you have followed the article and you have the code for the 'Leave a review button', just navigate inside your widget and disable the regular button.
In order to disable the button:
1. Select the widget where you would like the 'Leave a review' button to be disabled and click on the 'Header' settings:
2. Disable the 'Show header button'
After the button is disabled, navigate to your website editor and embed the generated code through the JSTrigger.
That's it! The button will be shown on your website!
