Organizing your social media content is key to finding valuable insights. Our new AI Post Enrichment feature saves you time by automatically analyzing your posts and applying relevant tags and categories, helping you understand your content at a glance.
What the AI Generates
When you enrich a post, our AI adds two types of organizational labels:
Categories: Posts are automatically sorted into one or more pre-defined categories to help you quickly identify their intent or sentiment. The categories include
Positive Feedback,Complaint,Brand Praise,Potential Lead,Promotional,Noise,Other, andQuestion.Tags: The AI reads the post's caption and generates 1 to 5 descriptive tags about the specific topics being discussed. If a post has no caption or the text is unclear, the tag
"unclear"will be applied.
How AI Credits Are Used
The system is simple: enriching one post costs one AI credit, which covers both the tags and the categories, enriching 10 rows costs 10 AI credits.
1 Post Enriched = 1 AI Credit
10 posts Enriched = 10 AI credits
How to Use AI Post Enrichment
There are two ways to organize your posts using AI, depending on your needs. Both are located in the 'Monitor' section.
1. Quick Organize (The Latest 10 Posts)
This is the fastest way to enrich your newest content.
Navigate to the 'Monitor' section from the left-side menu.
At the top of your feed, click the 'Organize rows' button.
The system will immediately start processing the 10 most recent posts in your feed. Please note that this option ignores any active filters.
2. Bulk Organize (Any Selected Posts)
Use this method when you want to organize specific posts or a larger number of posts at once.
From the 'Monitor' section, select the posts you want to organize by ticking the checkbox on each one.
Open the "Bulk options" action menu.
Click 'Organize rows'.
The system will then process only the posts you have selected.
Viewing Your New Tags and Categories
Important: The AI enrichment process is not instant. It can take up to 5 minutes for the tags and categories to be generated and appear on your posts.
After waiting a few minutes, you may need to refresh the page to see the newly applied tags and categories.
