You can respond to your Google and Facebook Reviews directly from the EmbedSocial account, and your account, and post the response live on your Google location or Facebook page.
And here is how to respond to Google or Facebook reviews via EmbedSocial:
Log in to your EmbedReviews account
Go to ‘All Reviews’
Click the ‘Respond’ button next to the review you want to respond to:
In the response screen, type your message in the input field and click ‘Send Reply’:
Once you do this the response will appear directly as a reply below the customer’s review in your Google reviews or Facebook page!
