To answer your question widgets are autoamtically updated.
Once the review is pulled inside your EmbedSocial account, it will be updated automatically on your widget and on your website as well within a few minutes.
The auto-update time for Google and Facebook reviews is every 24 hours with the Pro plan, every 3 hours with the Pro Plus plan, and every 1 hour with the Premium plan.
So once the review is pulled on your EmbedSocial account it will be shown on your website automatically within a few minutes as well.
