I have re-activated my subscription but the widgets are still not shown on my website

Learn why the widgets are not shown on your website after you have re-activated your subscription

Thank you for posting this question! If you have re-activated your subscription again and the widgets are not shown on your website, the reason might be:

1. The widget code is removed from your pages

Please make sure to check if your widgets are still embedded on the page where the widgets should appear.

2. Check the status of the widget inside your EmbedSocial account

Another reason why the widgets are still not shown on your website might be the status of the widget inside EmbedSocial, if it is 'Disabled' the widgets won't be shown on your website. For the widgets to be shown again you just need to navigate to the 'Widgets' tab and enable the setting next to the widget:

3. Wait a few minutes for the changes to be replicated live

If everything is fine with the first two suggestions, the most common reason is that the changes have not been replicated yet due to caching. It may take a few minutes for the changes to be visible live.
