Google Questions Feature Update

The Google Questions API is no longer supported. New questions won’t be pulled into your account, but you can still view existing ones and reply directly on Google.

Starting November 3rd, Google will stop supporting the Questions and Answers API.

Because of this, new questions from your Google Business Profile won’t show up in your account anymore, and you also won’t be able to reply to questions from here.

Don’t worry — you’ll still be able to see all your existing questions, search or sort through them, and reply directly on Google.

What’s changing

  • New questions won’t be pulled into your account.

  • You won’t be able to reply from the platform.

  • You can still reply directly on Google.

What stays the same

Your existing questions will stay visible in your account.
You can still go through them, sort or search as usual, and nothing will be deleted.

For new users

If you joined after November 3rd, you won’t see the Questions section — since the feature is no longer supported by Google.

What’s next

Google is working on a new version of the API, and once it’s available, we’ll update our system to bring the feature back.

In the meantime, you can continue managing your questions directly on your Google Business Profile.
