So every time when you have a new post on Instagram, it will automatically get updated on your website in about 3 hours.

If you need a faster refresh rate you can upgrade to the Premium plan and we can lower the refresh rate to 30 minutes for you or with the Enterprise plan the rate can be downgraded to 5 min
