Yes, you can upload any image/video or a highlight story from your Instagram account directly in the platform.
To do this just follow these steps:
1. Log in to your EmbedStories account
If you still don't have an EmbedStories account, click to start a 7-day trial.
2. Go to All Stories
3. Click on the Upload Story button on the top-right corner.
You can use your uploaded stories in a Widget, Gallery or Highlights and display them on your website.
Please take this specifications into consideration:
Images must be under 8MB, Videos must be under 100MB.
Images must be 9:16 aspect ratio. Portrait, 1080x1920, 900x1600.
Only jpeg/jpg/png/webp images and mp4/webm/mov/avi/mkv videos are supported.
