To answer it, once you connect your Facebook account, which is managing a business Instagram account inside EmbedStories, our system automatically generates your stories. But please note that this process begins right from the moment you connect your account inside EmbedSocial.
If you would like to generate older stories, the ones you posted before your account was connected to EmbedSocial, we have a few options:
1. One way to generate them is to Repost them on your Instagram account
2. Another option is to manually upload them in EmbedStories, by following these steps:
Navigate to All Stories and click on the 'Upload Story' button in the top-right corner:
Upload the desired story, select the date, and click 'Save and upload stories':
3. Download your archived stories in JSON format and share them with us at support@embedsocial.com the file and we will be happy to upload the stories for you:
That's it! You can use your uploaded stories in a Widget, Gallery, or Highlight and display them on your website.
