The Forms Summary report is a feature that displays relevant data about a specific From performance, once it is published and shared.

You can check out the summary report for each form by navigating to the Summary tab once you are inside a specific form:

In your summary reports, you can view and analyse the statistics of the multiple-choice questions in your Form:
