If you're running a business, you're likely familiar with the power of Trustpilot reviews in attracting new customers. However, did you know that you can take it a step further? You can proudly showcase those reviews directly on your website, drawing in even more potential customers and boosting your business.
In this tutorial, we will show you how to do just that. It's a great way to show off what your customers say about you. Let's get started!
To do this, please login to your EmbedSocial account and follow the steps below.
If you still don't have an EmbedSocial account, click to start a 7-day trial.
Step 1: Add Trustpilot as a new source
Navigate to the 'Sources' tab in your dashboard and click 'Add source'. From the list of available platforms, select 'Trustpilot' to begin using your customer reviews as a content source.
Step 2: Connect your Trustpilot page
Option 1: Provide a public profile URL, which pulls the latest 200 reviews.
In the configuration section, paste your Trustpilot page URL into the designated field. This allows EmbedSocial to securely pull in your latest customer reviews.
Option 2: Add your Trustpilot API key, which accesses all your Trustpilot reviews.
Step 3: Create a widget
Once the source is successfully configured, click the 'Create widget' button to start designing how your reviews will appear on your website. Browse through the available templates, or start from scratch.
Step 4: Copy the embed code
Click the 'Embed' button in the left sidebar and then click 'Copy code'. You can now paste this code into your website's HTML to display your Trustpilot widget.
And that's it!
