The most common reason for the reviews not being updated is missing permissions.
We need active permissions for our system to generate your Google or Facebook reviews automatically. So once you refresh the permissions, everything should continue to work as expected.
Please note that the missing permissions can occur when you change your password on your Facebook or Google account or If any privacy changes are made. Then automatically you lose access to all third-party platforms such as EmbedSocial.
