Thank you for asking this question. The responses you receive on your forms are reset every month, coinciding with the recurrence of your monthly subscription. If your subscription recurs on the 5th of the month, the response limit will refresh every 5th of the month.

For instance, if you are on the free plan, which allows for 200 responses monthly, and you reach the limit after a week of usage, you can always upgrade to a paid plan. The plans available are as follows:

Pro - $4.99/month - 2,000 responses

Business - $19.99/month - 20,000 responses

Agency - $49.99/month - Unlimited responses

If you decide to upgrade, the responses will be made available to you immediately.
