To answer your question, there might be a few reasons why your form is not being saved. Here we will share them with you:
If the text you are adding is longer than 255 characters - If you are adding a field in the form that contains text with more than 255 characters there will be shown an error and the changes won't be saved since there is a limit where the text should be less than 255 characters.
If any of the fields you have added contains '&' - If one of your fields contains this symbol for example (Teo & Alex) please amend it with (Teo and Alex) since the '&' is not recognized and that is the reason why the changes won't be saved on your form.
