Welcome to your main dashboard! This is your command center for each GBP location, giving you a complete overview of its performance and health at a glance.

This guide will walk you through each section of the dashboard.

The Top Bar: Filtering and Reporting

At the very top of the dashboard, you have a few key controls:

1.Listing Selector: If you manage multiple locations, this dropdown allows you to switch between them.

2. Date Range Filter for downloading the metrics report: Choose the time period you want to see analytics for (e.g., Last month, Last 7 days, etc.).

Your Key Performance Metrics

This bar gives you a quick snapshot of your location's performance over the selected date range. The key metrics you will see there are:

  1. Search views: The number of times your listing was viewed in Google search results.

  2. Map views: The number of times your listing was viewed on Google Maps.

  3. Website clicks: The number of times customers clicked the website link on your listing.

  4. Direction request: The number of times customers requested directions to your business.

  5. Phone calls: The number of times customers clicked to call your business from your listing.

  6. Published posts: The number of Google Posts you have published in the period.

  7. Aver. posting time / Aver. response time / Response percentage: These metrics relate to your activity and engagement with customers.

Location Health & Latest Reviews

This section acts like a report card for how complete and optimized your GBP listing is. Overall location health - The higher the score, the more complete and optimized your profile is. You can see which details are missing from your listing and complete them.

Latest reviews: On the right, you can quickly see your most recent customer reviews. You can toggle between Positive and Negative reviews.

Visual charts

At the bottom you can find the charts that visually represent the analytics from the metrics above.

Overview: Impressions Chart: This graph compares how many people found you through a direct Google Search versus on Google Maps over time.

Overview: Actions Chart: This graph tracks the key actions customers took after finding your listing: clicking your website, requesting directions, or calling your business.

By regularly checking your dashboard, you can stay on top of your performance and find new opportunities to grow.
