Setting up the Auto-Responder

A step-by-step guide to activating the auto responders in your account.

Our platform offers two powerful ways to automate your review replies: using custom templates for each star rating or deploying a fully customizable AI Agent. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough for setting up both options.

Option 1: Setting Up the Standard Auto-Responder with your chosen text

  1. Open the "Responses" tab on your left side menu

  2. Navigate to the "Automations" tab

  3. Click on "New automation"

  4. Set a name for your automation

  5. Select the listing that you want this automation to be activated for

  6. Select the rating for which you are creating automation

  7. Save and close the tab

  8. Select the option "Default message"

  9. Write the reply text

  10. Set the automation live

    That's it! You can now repeat the same process to set reply messages for the other star ratings.

Once you have created automations, you will be able to see them in the Automations tab.

Pause the automations

If you want to pause any automation, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the "Automation tab"

  2. Find the automation you want to pause

  3. Click "Edit"

  4. Click "Pause automation"

Option 2: Setting up the AI Agent - Your personal automated assistant

For more dynamic and human-like responses, you can use our advanced AI Agent. Instead of sending the same static template, the AI Agent reads the customer's review and crafts a unique, relevant reply for each one.

The real power of the AI Agent is its customizability. You are in full control of its personality and behavior.

  1. Open the "AI Agents team"

  2. Click on "New AI agent"

  3. Set the name of the Agent

  4. Customize the Agent

  5. Set the tone of voice

  6. Save and update the changes

    *You can also select the option "Reply on native language" so the agent will respond in the same language the review was written in.

To edit or delete any of the AI Agents you’ve created, simply click the three dots on the specific Agent and choose the desired action.

Your AI Agent is now live! It will begin analyzing new reviews and generating unique, personalized replies based on your exact instructions.
