Usually, it's due to some missing permissions on your connected Facebook or Instagram account.
Missing permissions can occur If you have recently changed the password on your social media account, or made any privacy changes that will revoke all the authorizations that you give to 3rd party platforms such as EmbedSocial.
Follow the article below in order to solve this.
Refresh the missing permissions
In order to refresh the missing permissions you will need to:
1. Go to 'Social Accounts' here:
https://embedsocial.com/admin/embedalbum_settings
2. Click on the 'Refresh' button on the right side of the account:
Please note that you will need. to be logged in with the same Facebook account that is missing the permissions in order for them to be refreshed successfully.
Once you refresh the permissions, it will take a few minutes in order for the album to appear on your website due to catching.
